Debbi is an outstanding instructor. She expresses and explains the philosophy of YOGA while teaching and demonstrating the techniques of yoga poses. She encourages and motivates her students to have fun and enjoy expanding their skill. One of my favorite parts of Friday is going to Debbi’s yoga class. She creates such a welcoming environment and her classes benefit yogis of all levels. The hour we spend with her is more than exercising and stretching, but it also includes wise words, relaxation, and positive energy I am able to take with me once I leave the classroom. Her passion for teaching and practicing yoga makes it hard to miss even one week. Thank you Debbi!Sarah Suba
When you take Debbi’s class you not only have a wonderful physical yoga class, but your soul will sing as she imparts her love and wisdom each and every class.Maloree Banks
My co-workers and I always look forward to Friday yoga with Debbi each week! After a long week of daily work stress and from sitting for long hours, it is so nice to unwind with Debbi with either restorative yoga or flow. Debbi is very patient, encouraging, and fun. She loves to share her knowledge and passion for yoga. Debbi is a wonderful yoga teacher and she has helped me so much in my practice. Debbi is always there to assist me in challenging poses and gives me pointers on how to safely achieve balanced form. I’m so thankful to work for a company where I can practice yoga once a week with my co-workers. I think more companies should consider hiring a corporate yoga instructor for their employees! Whether you’re a beginner or advanced yoga student, I highly recommend Debbi and her expertise as a yoga instructor.Pam Chao
I recently took a yoga class from Debbi, and she began the class with a reading about the power of hugging and touching. Later that day, my 6-year-old grandson came to visit. He was very depressed and angry. I asked him why, and he said his mom wouldn’t let him bring his tablet. I told him it was ok to be angry, but he needed to get over it. Then, with Debbi’s voice in my ear, I gathered him in my arms for a full body hug. I told him how much I loved him and asked him to say it back to me. The cloud passed and he was able to laugh and be his wonderful sweet self. Thank you, Debbi!Ellen Lasser
“So, at 61 years young, Yoga with Debbi has made my core and leg strength significantly stronger. I could write on and on about mental clarity, her inspirational readings etc., but my advice would be to do what I did and just try it for a month.”Carl Dunlap
